Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant was granted interim bail on 12.9.2023 by this Court. It is a case of consent relationship. In view of the above, the interim bail granted to the applicant vide order dated 12.9.2023 passed by this Court is confirmed. The applicant shall remain on bail on same terms and conditions as given in earlier interim order dated 12.9.2023 during prendency of trial. Bail application is allowed.
