¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2The instant writ petition seeks quashing of the FIR dated

17.09.2023 giving rise to Case Crime No. 0241 of 2022, under Sections 498-A, 304-B I.P.C. and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station-Talgram, District-Kannauj.

3.The FIR alleges offence under Section 304-B of I.P.C., which is a heinous offence. This Court is not even inclined to entertain this writ petition.
