¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.

¶2This application under Section 482 CrPC has been filed with a prayer to direct the Addl. Principal Judge, Family Court, 1st, Jaunpur to decide the Execution Case No. 22 of 2018 (Laxmi Devi Vs. Sanjay Yadav), under Section 128 Cr.P.C., Police Station-Machhalishahar, District-Jaunpur within stipulated period.

¶3Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that applicant is the wife of opposite party No. 2 and she had filed an application under Section 128 Cr.P.C. for enforcement of order of maintenance on 24.1.2018, on the basis of which, the instant case has been instituted, however, the said case is pending disposal for the last about five years and has has not yet been disposed of and has been lingering-on, on one pretext or the other.

¶4In view of the above, learned Addl. Principal Judge, Family Court, 1st, Jaunpur is expected to make all endeavours to decide the aforesaid case as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order without giving any unnecessary adjournments to either parties, if there is no other legal impediment in deciding the aforesaid case.
