28.01.2021 directing the petitioner to pay Rs.14,29,299/-, Execution Application No.53 of 2022 was filed by the Bank. Since now we find that the execution is pending, the petitioner may approach the execution court for the relief for which he has approached this Court. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
