Sri Amit Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for petitioners after arguing for sometime prayed that oral prayer may be considered that recall application which is pending before the Deputy Director of Consolidation for the last more than one year may be decided expeditiously and accordingly to proceed further. In the aforesaid circumstances as well as taking note of Order Sheet which indicates that recall application was adjourned either on the call of Advocates or otherwise, therefore, without interfering with the impugned order, this writ petition is disposed of with direction that Revisional Authority shall decide the recall application filed in Revision No.217/233/241/250 computerized case no.200053147000000 (Mewa Lal & Ors Vs.
