¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Punit Kumar, learned counsel for the informant and learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2After some argument in the matters, learned counsel for the petitioners prays to withdraw the present writ petition as the petitioners intend to pursue the remedy available under the Code of Criminal Procedure.

¶3Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
