¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Dheeraj Kumar Singh, learned counsel for respondent no. 4 and learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents.

¶2After some argument in the matter, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the writ petition as the petitioners intend to pursue the remedy available under the Code of Criminal Procedure.

¶3Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
