¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
¶2This writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "a) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent no. 4 to register the mutation case of the petitioners filed under Section 35 of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006 regarding mutation of the land purchased by the petitioners, which is situated in non-ZA area of Mauza - Atrauli Patti Nafaz Khan (within Chungi), Pargana & Tehsil - Atrauli, District - Aligarh; b) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent nos. 1 & 2 to make the provisions for registering the cases in relation to the land which lies within non-ZA areas on the Revenue Court Computerised Management System (R.C.C.M.S.) portal managed by Board;"
¶3Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in a similar matter being Writ C No. 33248 of 2023, an order dated 27.10.2023 has been passed by co-ordinate bench of this Court directing the respondent no. 4 to register the petitioners' mutation application dated 23.06.2023 under Section 35 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 (Annexure No. 3 to the writ petition) within four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order before respondent No. 4 after getting instruction from the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 and decide the same in accordance with law within a period of three months from the registration of the case.
¶4Since the matter involves in the present writ petition is similar to Writ C No. 33248 of 2023, therefore, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 27.10.2023 passed in Writ C No. 33248.
