This petition has been filed with allegation that though the F.I.R. has been lodged at Case Crime No.59 of 2023 under Sections 419, 420, 467, 471, 406, 120-B, 408, 407, 34 I.P.C. Police Station Aurai, District Bhadohi, but a fair investigation is not being undertaken expeditiously. Learned A.G.A. points out that there is no unusual delay in conclusion of investigation and the F.I.R. otherwise is in respect of offence alleged by the purchaser of vehicle against the financier. In the facts of the case, we do not find any occasion for this Court to interfere in the investigation at this stage. In the event, the petitioner is aggrieved with the investigation, his remedy would be to approach concerned Magistrate who has ample jurisdiction to supervise the investigation in the matter.
