¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents.

¶2The prayer made in the present writ petition to quash the First Information Report dated 28.03.2023 registered as Case Crime No. 098 of 2023 under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Dadon, District Aligarh, need not be entertained by this Court in view of the statement made by learned A.G.A. for the State that investigation has already concluded and charge-sheet has been submitted in the matter on 06.08.2023.

¶3Leaving it open for the petitioners to pursue appropriate remedy against the charge-sheet before the competent forum, this petition is consigned to record. Order Date :- 7.11.2023 Shiraz High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
