¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2The present petition been filed for the following reliefs: "a) To, issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the order impugned dated 07.06.2023 passed by the respondent no. 3. b) To, issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in the peaceful possession of petitioners over the house in question in any manner.

¶3Learned Standing Counsel has raised preliminary objection that the petitioners have an alternative remedy of filing revision under Section 210 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.

¶4Since the alternative remedy is available to the petitioners, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.
