Judgment
Court No. - 3 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 34163 of 2023 Petitioner :- Smt. Shalu Gupta Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Vinay Kumar Agrahari Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,Usha Kiran Hon'ble Siddhartha Varma,J. Hon'ble Manoj Bajaj,J. So far as the prayer-A is concerned, we are of the view that the provisional assessment notice does not give the petitioner any cause of action to file a writ petition. Suffice it to say that if reply has been submitted to the provisional assessment notice, the Electricity Department would pass the final assessment order. So far as the prayer-B is concerned, we find that the petitioner has already approached the Consumer Forum by means of complaint case no.12 of 2023. Under such circumstances, no interference is warranted. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. Order Date :- 7.11.2023 Raj High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
