¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State.

¶2This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to Principal Judge, Family Court, Farrukhabad for early decision of Case No. 239/12 of 2021 (Jaya@Sonali Gupta Vs. Viswajeet Kaushal@Prince), under Section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station-Kotwali, District Farrukhabad within stipulated period.

¶3Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with a direction to Principal Judge, Family Court, Farrukhabad to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, maximum within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order and after providing opportunity of hearing to all concerned without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
