¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State.

¶2This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to Court of Additional civil Judge(J.D.)/F.T.C., Ghaziabad for early decision of Complaint Case No. 20 of 2022 (Saurabh Jain Vs. Family Healthcare Hospital and Others), under Section 138 N.I. Act, Police Station-Kavinagar, District Ghaziabad within stipulated period.

¶3Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with a direction to Court of Additional civil Judge(J.D.)/F.T.C., Ghaziabad to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, maximum within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order and after providing opportunity of hearing to all concerned without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
