¶1Heard Vinay Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.

¶2At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition, if the fresh cause of action arise.

¶3Prayer is allowed.
