A compliance affidavit on behalf of opposite party has been filed today, which is taken on record. In para 6 of the affidavit it has been stated that Tehsildar has complied the order to the extent that he has submitted his report before the competent authority i.e. Sub Divisional Magistrate, Sadar, Gorakhpur on 18.10.2023 after passing of the order in proceedings under Section 32/38 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. As the matter is pending before the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Sadar, District Gorakhpur, the contempt application is disposed of with the direction to the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Sadar, District Gorakhpur to conclude the proceedings on the basis of the report submitted by the Tehsildar, Tehsil Sadar, District Gorakhpur within one month from the date of production of a certified copy of this Court before him.
