¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State.

¶2This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 3rd, Gorakhpur, for early decision of Complaint Case No. 10504 of 2021 (Nesesa Technology Partner Suraj Singh Vs. Anand Kumar Dwivedi), under Section 138 N.I. Act, Police Station-Cantt, District Gorakhpur within stipulated period.

¶3Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with a direction to Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 3rd, Gorakhpur to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, maximum within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order and after providing opportunity of hearing to all concerned without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
