Learned Standing Counsel has stated that at the instance of respondent no.4, an F.I.R. bearing Case Crime No. 798 of 2023, under Section 366 I.P.C., Police Station Chandpur, District Bijnor stands registered against the petitioner no.2. At this stage, learned counsel for petitioners states that he does not press this writ petition and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn. The prayer is not opposed by learned State Counsel.
