¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State.

¶2This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to learned Civil Judge(J.D.)/F.T.C. Court No. 1, Agra for early decision of Case No. 2166 of 2022 (Smt. Shailja Vs. Manoj Sharma and other), under Section 12 of Protection of Women from Domestic Volence Act, 2005, Police Station-New Agra, District Agra within stipulated period. 3 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with a direction to Civil Judge(J.D.)/F.T.C. Court No. 1, Agra to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, maximum within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order and after providing opportunity of hearing to all concerned without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
