¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State.

¶2This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to learned Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 3, Gorakhpur for early decision of Case No. 16671 of 2022 (State Vs. Harinandan Singh and others), arising out of case crime No. 62 of 2022, under Section 498A, 323, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station-Campierganj, District Gorakhpur within stipulated period.

¶3Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with a direction to Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 3, Gorakhpur to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, expeditiously from the date of production of a certified copy of this order and after providing opportunity of hearing to all concerned without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
