Judgment
Court No. - 9 Case :- CONTEMPT APPLICATION (CIVIL) No. - 6742 of 2023 Applicant :- Engr. Vishram Singh Opposite Party :- Sri Pradeep Kumar Singh, District Judge Counsel for Applicant :- In Person Hon'ble Rohit Ranjan Agarwal,J. The applicant has appeared in person and Sri Ashish Mishra has put in appearance on behalf of Allahabad High Court. It is contended by the applicant that the District Judge has not permitted the applicant to appear on behalf of Anand Kumar Rajpoot in Criminal Misc. Case No.835 of 2023 which is pending before the Sessions Judge, Kanpur Nagar. He has relied upon another proceedings being Criminal Misc. Case No.327 of 2022 where permission was accorded by the Sessions Judge on
04.03.2022. After hearing the applicant in person and Sri Ashish Mishra, learned Counsel appearing for Allahabad High Court, this Court finds that the order passed by Sessions Judge, Kanpur Nagar has not been challenged by the applicant before superior Court and reliance placed upon the earlier order of the Sessions Judge in different proceedings is not applicable in the present case. No case for contempt is made out. The contempt application is misconceived. Dismissed. Order Date :- 7.11.2023 Kushal High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
