¶1Heard.

¶2Substitution application is allowed, subject to cost of Rs.20,000/- to be deposited in the office of Allahabad High Court Bar Association, Allahabad and receipt thereof shall be placed on record.

¶3Learned counsel for petitioner is directed to carry out necessary changes in cause title within a week. (Order on Memo of Petition)

¶1This matter is taken up on mentioning in presence of counsel of both parties.

¶2Learned counsel for respondents submits that interim order passed by this Court has been violated, however, learned counsel for petitioners has denied.

¶3This writ petition is pending since 1986 and arisen from proceedings of chak allotment during consolidation. The revision filed by the contesting respondent No.2 was allowed mainly on ground that they were entitled for allotment of chak at their largest holding bearing Gata No.1/2/3 and, therefore, the chakdar no.109 i.e. the petitioner who was allotted a chak on said holding was disturbed.

¶4Learned counsel for petitioner has not able to refute argument on basis of order passed by the revisional authority that Gata No.1/2/3 was the largest holding of respondent No.2 and it is well settled that in the consolidation proceedings as far as possible a original gata be allotted to the concerned chak holder and same was done by the revisional authority. The impugned order is reproduced hereinafter :- "
