¶2Heard learned counsel for parties and perused the contents of the writ petition as well as the prayer.

¶3Since the prayer is only to expedite the Case No.52/2020-21, under Rule 109 of U.P.C.H. Act, therefore this writ petition is disposed of with the direction the concerned authority will expedite the aforesaid case.
