¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State and perused the record.

¶2The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "(I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus for directing the revenue authority along with private person not to disturb the peaceful possession as per sale deed dated 2.11.2022 of Gata no. 545 and 550 and 555 and 556 which is stuated at Achhnera (Dehat) Tehsil Kirawali District Agra."

¶3Learned Standing Counsel raised a preliminary objection that there is a dispute of the petitioner with private persons and in the garb of the present petition the petitioner wants to settle his private dispute.

¶4In view of the above, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.
