¶1Heard Sri Avdhesh Kumar, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing counsel for State respondents.

¶2Present petition has been filed seeking relief in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no. 2 to decide the application dated 15.05.2023 and direct the concern Lekhpal to exchange the possession in Gata no. 727 rakba no.

0.3880 hectare situated at village Girdcto (Kevai), Tehsil Handia, District Prayagraj under Section 116 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.

¶3At the very outset, learned Standing counsel came up with specific instructions through which it has been transpired that proceeding of partition along with exchange in possession under Section 116 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 over plot no. 727 has already been done. Petitioner and other co-sharers are now is possession over the said plot and spot memo has also been prepared by the revenue authorities on dated 03.11.2023 which has been endorsed by the petitioner.

¶4In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, grievance of petitioner has already been redressed in pursuance to the prayer sought thorough the instant petition and as such no cause of action survives for petitioner to pursue the instant petition and the same stands disposed of accordingly.
