1.Heard Sri Ripu Daman Singh, learned counsel for the applicant.

¶2Petitioner has rushed to this Court to comply the order dated

16.10.2023 passed by the Assistant Consolidation Officer.

¶3Admittedly, no proper application has been filed, except a purported application has been filed wherein the Assistant Consolidation Officer vide order dated 7.10.2023 has passed an order to carry out spot inspection, but this would not be a sufficient application since there is a specific provision provided under Section 28 of U.P.C.H.Act, 1953.

¶4In view of above, in case the concerned authority has not proceeded further in pursuance of above referred order, petitioner is at liberty to approach the concerned authority by way of filing a proper application under Section 28 of U.P.C.H.Act, 1953 and since the applicant before this Court is a lady, therefore, in case any application is filed, same shall be considered and appropriate orders for implementing the order passed earlier shall be passed within a very short period if there is no legal impediment.
