¶1Heard Sri Kamal Singh, learned counsel holding brief of Sri Lakshman Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Padmakar Rai, learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2The present application has been filed for quashing the chargesheet dated

13.05.2009, summoning order dated 10.06.2009 and entire proceedings of case no.1284 of 2009 (State Vs. Parashuram), arising out of case crime no.213 of 2009, u/s-406 IPC, Police Station-Kotwali Orai, District-Jalaun, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate Orai at Jalaun.

¶3Learned counsel for the applicant, after some argument, submits that the applicant wants to surrender and apply for bail, therefore, necessary directions may be issued for expeditious disposal of his bail application.

¶4Considering the aforesaid submission, the present application is disposed of with a direction that if the applicant surrenders and moves an application for bail before the court below within three weeks from today, then his application shall be considered in view of the law laid down in Satendra Kumar Antil vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and Another, (2021) 10 SCC 773.

¶5For a period of four weeks or till disposal of the bail application, whichever is earlier, no coercive action shall be taken against the applicant. Order Date :- 8.11.2023 S.Chaurasia High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
