¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State.

¶2This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to Judicial Magistrate, Baghpat for early decision of Case No. 2324 of 2021 (State of U.P. Vs. Asif and others), arising out of case crime No. 42 of 2020, under Section 494, 495, 323, 504, 506, 120B, 420 Police Station-Simbhawli Aheer, District Baghpat within stipulated period.

¶3Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with a direction to Judicial Magistrate, Baghpat to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, if possible within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order and after providing opportunity of hearing to all concerned without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
