¶1The case of the petitioner is that his land was acquired by the respondents and awards dated 8.1.2017 and 10.12.2017 were made, but he has not been paid compensation so far. The petitioner is alleged to have filed an application on 9.07.2022 before the Competent Authority, but still payment has not been made.

¶2Having regard to the grievance urged, we direct respondent no.2 to pass a speaking order on the application of the petitioner dated

9.07.2022 within eight weeks from the date of communication of the instant order alongwith photo copy of the representation/application dated 9.07.2022.
