¶1Heard learned Counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for the following relief :- "I. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.2 and 3 to restrain to the respondent no.4 to 8 in peaceful possession of the petitioner over Gata No.68 Rakba 0.999 hectare and Gata No.104, Rakba 0.991 hectare out of share 1/3 i.e. 0.330 hectare situated at Village-Bhartiya, Tehsil-Chhata, District-Mathura in pursuance of application dated 31.07.2023 and possession dated 02.08.2023."

¶3Learned Counsel for the respondents has raised a preliminary objection that the petitioner has dispute with the private respondents which he wants to settle by means of the present writ petition.

¶4I am not inclined to entertain the instant petition.
