¶2This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 11.8.2023 registered as Case Crime No. 0808 of 2023, under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506, 376, 377 IPC and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act and Section 67 of Information and Technology Act, P.S. Kwarsi, District Aligarh.

¶3No one is present to press this petition. Sri Omvir Singh Rajpoot, learned counsel for the informant is present.

¶4Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
