¶1Sri Sunil Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners, does not press relief no. 1 and in respect of relief no. 2, he prays for permission to withdraw the instant petition and file fresh petition giving better particulars.

¶2Sri Atul Mehra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of ADA, has no objection to the same.

¶3Accordingly, the petition is dismissed in respect of relief no. 1 and in respect of relief no. 2, liberty is granted to the petitioners to file a fresh petition with better particulars.
