¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondent and Shri Aditya Bhushan Singhal, learned counsel for the respondent No. 2.

¶2In this petition, the petitioner seeks direction to respondent No. 2 for considering his case under the One Time Settlement Scheme which has been issued by the Development Authority.

¶3Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an application was moved by the petitioner on 27.09.2023, but till date, no order has been passed.

¶4Shri Aditya Bhushan Singhal, learned counsel appearing for the Development Authority submits that the pending application of the petitioner would be decided within three weeks, if already not decided, in accordance with law.

¶5In view of the above, the petition is disposed of directing the Development Authority to decide the pending application of the petitioner, either way, in accordance with law.
