¶1Heard Sri Rajesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri F.A. Ansari, learned counsel for the respondents.

¶2It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner's husband who was working as Clerk in the judgeship of Siddharth Nagar seeks compassionate appointment on account of her husband dying in harness on

07.07.2022. It appears that the petitioner has moved some application on 03.08.2023 before the District Judge, Siddharth Nagar but not on a format prescribed for the same.

¶3In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the petitioner to move an appropriate application before respondent no.3, namely, District Judge, Siddharth Nagar seeking compassionate appointment, within four weeks from today which shall be looked into and considered in accordance with law and disposed of by the concerned District Judge within a further period of two months.
