¶1It has been informed by learned counsel for the petitioner that the date for auction was fixed for 30.10.2023. However, the auction was not successful on that date because of there being no bidder.

¶2Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is now ready to pay off the entire loan.

¶3Learned counsel appearing for the respondent-Bank has also stated that if the petitioner approaches the Bank to negotiate with regard to the payment of his entire loan amount then the Bank would consider his request. Learned counsel for the Bank has also stated that no further date for auction has been fixed.

¶4Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, we direct that if the petitioner approaches the respondent-Bank to settle his entire loan amount, the Bank may negotiate and consider the request of the petitioner.
