Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. This petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "A. Issue an order or direction direct the learned court of Civil Judge, (S.D.), Etah to decide the proceedings of Original Suit No.714 of 2019 (Peetam Singh and others versus Shashi Kant and others) for cancellation of registered sale deed pending before the Court of Civil Judge (S.D.), Etah, expeditiously within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." It appears that a suit for cancellation of a sale-deed was filed by the petitioner and two others persons in which the issues were framed on 04.02.2021 and the case is now being listed for consideration of a substitution application. The evidence is yet to start. Under the circumstances, no specific direction as sought for can be issued. However, the Court has no reason to doubt that the trial court is proceeding with the instant case as well as with the other cases within its jurisdiction with due expedition.
