¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties.

¶2Learned counsel for the petitioner states that his departmental appeal dated 01.02.2021 is still pending consideration before the District Commandant Home Guards, Kanpur Dehat, District-Kanpur Dehat namely respondent no.3, which may be directed to be decided.

¶3Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection to the same.

¶4In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the appellate authority, namely, respondent no.3 to dispose of the departmental appeal of the petitioner dated

01.02.2021 if it is still pending consideration, within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
