¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties.

¶2Petitioner claims appointment on the post of Rojgar Sewak against selection and appointment held in the year 2007-08.

¶3It appears from the pleadings that claim set up for appointment is for the reason that earlier selected candidate has now been dismissed for his documents found to be forged.

¶4In the considered view of the Court, selection held in the year 2007-08 now cannot be reopened in favour of the petitioner. It is always open for the petitioner to apply as and when advertisement is made for Rojgar Sewak.
