¶1Certain instructions have been placed by Sri Parashu Ram Chaubey, learned counsel appearing for the respondent-Bank. It may be kept on record. Learned counsel for the Bank states that the Bank is not ready to enter into a One Time Settlement. However, he submits that under the Rinn Samadhan scheme, the Bank has agreed to settle the loan amount of the petitioner if the petitioner deposits the entire amount due i.e. Rs.3,23,082/-.

¶2Learned counsel for the petitioner in pursuance of the communication of the Bank dated 7.11.2023 states that this Court may permit the petitioner to deposit this amount in two months.

¶3Learned counsel for the Bank has agreed on behalf of the Bank on instructions that the petitioner could deposit the entire amount in two months.

¶4Under such circumstances, we direct that the petitioner may deposit the entire amount which the Bank has agreed to accept i.e. Rs.3,23,082/- within a period of two months.
