Interim Application No.1 of 2021 seeking an order restraining the respondents from in any manner dealing with, and/or encumbering and/or disposing off, dissipating, and/or creating third party rights and/or alienating any of the properties mentioned in Schedule A and B. Civil Misc. Application No.2 of 2021 was filed seeking warrant of attachment under Order XXI Rule 54 CPC and Civil Misc Interim Application No.3 of 2021 was filed seeking appointment of Receiver. The parties had resolved the dispute and had executed a Consent Terms dated

04.10.2023, a copy of which has been brought on record as Annexure 1 to the application. This application has been moved stating that the present arbitration application be decided in terms of Consent Terms dated 04.10.2023 and the interim order passed in the application be vacated. As the parties have already entered into a compromise and have settled their dispute amicably outside the Court in terms of consent arrived at between the parties on 04.10.2023, the present arbitration application is disposed of and the interim order, if any, operating in the application stands vacated.
