Grievance is that fair investigation has not been conducted pursuant to First Information Report in Case Crime No. 0147 of 2023, under Section 379 I.P.C., Police Station Pannuganj, District Sonbhadra. The FIR itself has been lodged on 22.09.2023. There is neither any unusual delay nor any exceptional circumstances which warrants this Court to interfere in the matter at this stage. Even otherwise in respect of the grievance relating to non-conduct of fair investigation, the petitioner has the remedy of approaching the concerned Magistrate. Leaving it open for the petitioner to pursue appropriate remedy under the Code of Criminal Procedure, this petition is consigned to records.
