¶1The present application, supported by an affidavit, has been filed by the petitioner/applicant with the prayer to dismiss the present petition as withdrawn on the basis of the compromise entered between the parties on 18.09.2023.
¶2It is stated in paragraph No.11 of the affidavit that the petitioner will vacate the premises before 30.11.2023 and also withdraw the present petition.
¶3In view of the above, the Withdrawal Application is allowed. Ref:- Writ Petition
