¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for State and perused the record.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction, in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.3 to convert the land of the petitioner in Gata No. 2705, Khasra no. 590 area .2280 hectare which is situated at Village Begamabad, Tehsil Modinagar, District Ghaziabad from nontransferable land to Transferable land of the petitioner."

¶3The preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel that for the grievance of the petitioner, he has adequate remedy under the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.

¶4In view of the above, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.

¶5In case, the petitioner approach the authorities concerned under the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, his application shall be considered and decided expeditiously preferably with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties provided that there is no other legal impediment.
