¶1Heard Sri Rajendra Prasad Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Ved Byas Mishra, Sri Adarsh Tripathi, holding brief of Sri H.N. Singh, learned counsel for the respondents and Sri Dilip Kumar Kesarwani, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State.

¶2At the outset, in face of strong objection raised as to the delay of ten years and further as to non compliance of the condition contained in paragraph of 67 of the order dated 24.02.2014 in Writ C No. 35296 of 2013 (M/S Maa Bhavani Rice Mill and Another Vs. State of U.P.), learned counsel for the petitioner states, he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition and file a fresh petition with respect to appropriate relief that may survive to be claimed.
