¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State as also perused the record.

¶2This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the court below for early decision of Case No.2408 of 2022 arising out of Case Crime No.22 of 2022 (State vs. Abhishek Sahu & others), under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. & 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station-Dhoomanganj, District-Prayagraj, pending before the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 9th, Allahabad.

¶3Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is informant and proceeding is pending since 2022, charge-sheet has been submitted on 15.01.2022. Learned counsel for the applicant next submitted that no charge has been framed by trial court. Prayer has been made to expedite trial within stipulated period.

¶4Considering the arguments raised by learned counsel for the applicant. Since charge has not been framed, trial court be directed to frame the charge and decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties.
