¶1Heard Shri Saif Ali, learned counsel for the appellant and perused the record.

¶2By means of the present appeal, the appellant has challenged the order dated 10.03.2023 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Aligarh in Misc. Case No. RM-56 of 2023 (Smt. Seema Vs. Devesh Kumar). Perusal of the said order reveals that the learned court below has only registered the case and fixed the date

5.5.2023.

¶3In that view of the matter, the appeal has no merit. Primarily, it is not maintainable as the same has been filed by the appellant without any appealable grievance against such order.
