¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Mohd. Saleem Khan, learned counsel for the contesting-respondent.

¶2The present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the entire recovery and auction proceedings conducted by the respondent nos. 2 and 3 in respect of Arazi No. 183Ga, village Oharpur, tehsil Phulpur, district Prayagraj. Alternatively, prayer is made to direct the respondent no. 2 to decide the application dated 28.12.2020 (Annexure No. 4 to the writ petition) within stipulated period.

¶3After substantial arguments once the Court has declined to interfere, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that he is not inclined to press the writ petition and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn.
