¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties.

¶2The present writ petition is preferred for a direction commanding the respondents to consider the claim set up by the petitioner under the P.M. Avas Yojna (Gramin).

¶3Ms. Subhra Singh, learned Standing Counsel, on the instructions, states that the claim of the petitioner has been verified by the competent authority and it was found that the petitioner does not fall under the category on the ground that he is already having dwelling unit.

¶4Per contra, the said factual aspect of the matter is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
