¶2Instant application has been filed on behalf of the applicant through counsel Sri P. Dixit, Sri Jitendra Kumar and Sri Keshav Hari Dixi.

¶3It is submitted that present applicant does not want to press the instant application, therefore, same may be dismissed as withdrawn.

¶4Learned AGA has no objection to the prayer as made by the learned counsel for the applicant.
