¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned standing counsel for the State respondents and Sri Arun Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for respondent no.4.

¶2By means of present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for mandamus to the respondent no.4 to release the compensation under Mukhyamantri Kisan Evam Sarvhit Beema Yojna to the petitioner in pursuance of order dated 16.06.2022 passed by respondent no.2.

¶3In response to the order of this Court dated 13.10.2023, Sri Arun Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for respondent no.4 has placed instructions dated 01.11.2023 sent by the Senior Branch Manager, Oriental Insurance Company Limited and on the basis of instructions he submits that the payment has already been ensured to the petitioner, therefore, the cause for filing the writ petition no more survives.

¶4Considering the categorical instructions dated 01.11.2023 as the relief claimed by the petitioner has been fulfilled, the writ petition has become infructuous.
